Serenity Home Health Care offers a number of services available to any client in need of private duty home care.  We provide complete home care services specifically designed per each clients need.  Our compassionate staff will make each day fulfilled and relaxing while maintaining a friendly, and safe environment.

Upon initial contact with Serenity Home Health Care, our staff will provide assistance with coordination of care resulting in assistance with all activities of daily living.  A list of provided services is as follows:

• Homemaking - general housekeeping chores.

• Personal Care - assistance with bathing, grooming, etc.

• Wellness Check - per client basis to check on safety

• Meal Preparation - assistance with and coordination of nutrition

• Transportation - transport to appointments, daily errands, shopping, etc.

• Respite Care - to provide relief to family members

• Chore Service - including, but not limited to, snow plowing, shoveling, lawn care, etc.

• Social Worker - connecting each client with additional community support as applicable.

• RN/LPN - to provide skilled needs, such as medication management, wound care, IV Therapy and more.

• Licensed Cosmetologist - to provide hair and nail care services at home.

• Licensed Builder - able to provide safety features and home modifications

A nurse and social worker will visit each new client to assess needs and determine appropriate services.  There is no fee for this initial visit.
